VIRTUAL YOGA FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS
The Yoga Impact Charity in partnership with the Vasudhara Foundation want to support healthcare workers bearing the brunt of the COVID-19 crisis.
From Monday 18 May 2020 we will be offering free virtual Yoga for Frontline Healthcare Workers every weeknight between 6:30 - 7:30 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time via Zoom for a period of 3 months.
Classes will be tailored to suit the needs of healthcare workers. Each class will utilise a trauma informed approach sharing evidence based movement and breathing techniques for regulating the nervous system and cultivating psychological and physiological calm.

How will virtual classes take place?
Classes will be offered via Zoom. Once you register your interest, we'll send you the Zoom link and password which you can use to access virtual classes. You can download Zoom here

Do I need to have practiced Yoga before to join in?
Our classes are suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome!
